He was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy in Pearl river, LA. and came from a long line of carpenters which he has been doing since he was 14 years old. Bobby is survived by his siblings Becky Pistorius , Keith Raney , Timothy Raney, Jeremy LeFrance, and Joshua LeFrance, his aunt whom was like a mother to him Brenda Hoover, and his uncle Henry Raney , Great uncle, George McClantoc and a host of cousins, nephews and nieces. He is preceded in death by his parents Bobby Raney I and Louella Raney.

Mr. Ray was a Vietnam Veteran where he served in the United States Army, and a member of Charlie Company 75th Rangers. He is survived by his son Stephen Niehaus , his brother Paul Niehaus, 2 grandchildren Cassidy Niehaus Lardizabal and Mikey Pons, Jr., a great granddaughter Elliana Grace Lardizabal, and his best friend Carl Diaz. There will be a committal service for Mrs. Louise and Mr. Robert Morrison on Saturday March 5, 2022 at 12 pm at Austin Cemetery to lay their cremains to rest together, followed by a Celebration of Life to honor them both.

On Tuesday, February 08, 2022, Louise LeBlanc Morrison, age 80, of Pearl River, LA. passed away. She loved spending as much time as she could playing with her Grandkids and her Boo Boo Baby. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Feb. 19, 2022 at 2;00 pm from the chapel of D.T. Williams Funeral Home, Hwy. 41, Pearl River, La with visitation from 11 am until service time. Interment to follow at Hickory Memorial Gardens Cemetery, located at the funeral home. He will be greatly missed by his friends and family here on earth, but we rejoice in knowing he is walking the streets of Heaven with our Lord.

On Tuesday May 18, 2021 Lenora Jacqueline Laurent, age 74 of Pearl River, LA passed away peacefully. She is preceded in death by her husband Alexander Laurent IV, her parents Lawrence Sr. and Lenora Duhe, her brother Leonard “Lenny” Duhe, and her sister in laws Lanny and Polly. She will be greatly missed and cherished by all who knew her. On Tuesday January 5, 2021, William Paul Gilchrist, Sr. age 90 of Pearl River, LA went peacefully to be with our Lord. He was a member of Sts Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Pearl River, LA., retired from Kaiser Aluminum, and served in the Korean Conflict with the United Stated Army. Mr. Gilchrist is survived by his children Patricia Mitchell , William Paul Gilchrist, Jr. , and Terry Blaine Gilchrist Sr., his brothers Ronald and Lee Gilchrist, grandchildren Cody Ryan, Courtney Gilchrist, Shane Gilchrist, T.J. Gilchrist, and Sabrina Gerchaw, and a host of great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife Dorothy Gilchrist, his parents Louis and Winnie Gilchrist, his son Bernard Paul Gilchrist, and his siblings; J.L.

She was loved by many and will be truly missed by all who knew her. A celebration of life will be held at her home on Sunday October 18th for friends and family. On Monday, November 14, 2022, Syrille Sarah Hall, age 71 of Slidell, La went to be with her precious Lord peacefully in the comfort of her own home surrounded by her children and friends.

He is survived by his 3 children, Sherry Zeringue Kelt , Mary Zeringue Kelt , Manny Zeringue , his siblings, Mary Pisciotta, Chris Zeringue, Stanley Zeringue, Johnny Zeringue, and Angel Zeringue . Rachel Clarice Williams passed away peacefully on August 13, 2022 at Hospice of West Alabama. Rachel was born into the Proctor family on November 22, 1946. Mrs. Patsy is survived by 2 daughters, Judy Ann Craddock Comeaux and Patricia Gwyn Craddock, a brother, Daniel Lee Pace and 6 grandchildren, Tommy Joe Singletary, Penny Comeaux Hulon, Erica Sylvester, Allison Craddock Peterson, Cassie Craddock and Paige Craddock. She is also survived by 5 Great-grandchildren, Kimberlee Ann Singletary, Caleb Michael Hulon, Khali Craddock, Mallory Martin and Nolan Sylvester. After retiring, Bobby spent most of his life in the West Pearl River Basin.

In 1964 the family moved to Slidell, La. in the 90’s she moved to Port Charlotte, Florida to live close to other family members before returning to Slidell. She traveled with her younger siblings to Ireland to explore family roots and also Hong Kong and Macau. She is preceded in death by her mother Theresa L. Fry, Father Leo R. Fry and ex husband William E. Colliver. She is survived by her sister Judy Lee Lowry, her brother Leo W Fry, her 4 children William T Colliver, Kathleen M Just, James S Colliver, and David G Colliver as well as 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

On Tuesday April 21, 2020 Eddie Eugene Singletary, age 63 of New Orleans, Louisiana went to be with our Lord. He was a devoted member of Abundant Life Jesus Name Community Church in Pearl River, La., and served in the United States Army. Eddie is survived by his aunts and uncles; Alton Daniel Crowe, Jr., Roger Crowe, John Crowe, Don Crowe, Ricky Crowe, Russell Crowe, Damon Crowe, and Kathy Crowe Shirah.
Michael Messer, a life-long resident of Pearl River, LA passed away unexpectedly at his residence on April 29, 2022 at the age of 58. Mr. Messer was born in Picayune, Ms. on March 14, 1964 to John Messer and Carol Messer. He married the love of his life Mirian on September 8, 2007. Michael left a big legacy, of love and servanthood to God and people.
He is preceded in death by his parents Clara Joan Crowe Singletary and Clifford Singletary, his sisters Lisa Singletary Edmonds and Ruby Singletary Ferguson, and his aunts and uncles; Dorothy Lou Crowe Hoover, Douglas Crowe, Patrick Crowe, Robert "Red" Crowe, and Raymond Crowe. Graveside Services were held at Crowe Cemetery in Lacombe, Louisiana. She is survived by her husband, the love of her life, Jason Singletary and her children, Kylie Lynn King and Cadence Amber King, who were also the loves of her life.

Karen was a devoted member of Village Church-Lutheran in Lacombe, LA. She enjoyed the many adventures she took with her husband and of the new things she got to see and experience with him. Karen never took vacations because due to her husbands’ vocation they were always in a place they had never been, it was more considered a perpetual vacation. She loved fishing and riding in the boat on the lake, canoeing and white water rafting were some of her adventurous sides. Her legacy she leaves behind is one of great magnitude and will be cherished deeply by her loved ones. She is preceded in death by her parents Gerald and Louise Reisinger and her brother Gerald Eugene Reisinger, II. On Sunday February 20, 2022 Elsie Lee Miller, age 89 of Pearl River, LA went peacefully to be with our Lord.
He made sure to tell his family before his passing that he was ready to go to Heaven. On Thursday March 10, 2022 Robert Francis Hereford, age 74 of Pearl River, LA went peacefully to be with our Lord with his loving wife by his side. Mr. Hereford worked for Harold Halter Shipyard and then went to work for Textron where he retired. He was an avid fisherman and was also in the National Guard in his younger days. He is survived by his wife Mary Sue Hereford, his son Jason Louis Hereford, his siblings Ronnie Hereford, Rodney Hereford, and Linda Edwards, and 7 grandchildren; Ryan, Melody, Pearl, David, Violet, Daniel, and Judah.
His grandchildren became his priority, and he enjoyed spending his time with them, carefully inspecting and testing each new toy and game , and always participating in weekend activities with his family. He was a gentle giant who talked a tough game but would give the shirt off his back to help those he loved. His infectious chuckle would always put a smile on your face.

He is preceded in death by his great grandparents Grace and Clint Hunt and Mary Stratton, his grandparents Barbara Gorden, Earl Loyd, and Raymond Bourgeois Sr., his godfather and uncle Wayne Bourgeois, his uncle David Gorden, and his step brother Robert Coble Jr. Ray will be forever cherished in the hearts of all who knew him. On Monday April 19, 2021 Harbert “June Bug” Smith Jr., age 65 of Pearl River, La went peacefully to be with our Lord surrounded by his loving family.
He is preceded in death by his wife Penny, his parents Wilburn and Minnie, his brothers Ceburn and Ganus; sisters Nellie, Tommie, and Bernice and his son Ron. On Wednesday September 21, 2022 Dianne Holmes Yarborough, age 77 of Pearl River, LA passed on peacefully to be with our Lord with her faithful husband by her side. Mrs. Dianne was a longtime member of Pearl River United Methodist Church and worked for St. Tammany Parish School Board for 33 years.
